It's important to choose an exercise that you enjoy, as you're more likely to stick with it in the long run. If you love the outdoors, walking or running may be a great option. If you prefer socializing, joining a sports team or a group fitness class can be a fun way to exercise. Swimming is also a low-impact and low-intensity option that's beneficial for most people.
